Yesterday I helped my friend to reinstall his laptop OS. He bring his windows XP Cd-ROM and we began the installation. Everything run smooth after first time startup kick in. The product activation, registration and user creation did not show up.
This is a problem because the laptop seem to boot always in safe mode, even when I choose to Start Windows Normally. I couldn't install a program because the windows installer services didn't run.
I tried the internet for similiar problem but no luck so far. I might had missed something during the process but I still don't know where to began to work out this problem.
The Help and support, the Automatic Update, System Restore didn't run.
Or may be i need to do it again????!!
